Impressed by the score of 'A Quiet Place'? Overwhelmed by the music of 'Avengers: Infinity War'? Help your favourite film score receive the World Soundtrack Public Choice Award! Film score fans worldwide can cast their vote for what they consider the best score of the past 12 months. The score with the highest number of votes will receive the World Soundtrack Public Choice Award 2018!
All soundtrack and film music fans worldwide are asked to cast their vote for what they consider the best soundtrack of the past 12 months. Mid-September, 5 nominated scores will be announced and the 5 nominated composers will be invited to join us during the World Soundtrack Awards Gala (Wed 17 Oct)!
Eligibility criteria for the World Soundtrack Public Choice Award 2018:
- Only original scores for feature films (no documentaries, no shorts, no TV formats)
- The feature film must have had a theatrical release between 1 July 2017 and 30 June 2018 (no limited releases nor TV/DVD premieres)
- Only one vote per person is allowed. The voting procedure is monitored by PwC. The voting period is set from 2018-07-02 to 2018-09-07.
