Debate
The afternoon offers a round table discussion of the ICSS group (a strategic partnership composed of 8 partners, which aim is to develop an EU joint programme in music composition for audiovisual media entitled InMICS) who will present the first results of their extended survey on film music education, followed by several panel discussions with professionals from the film music industry about current ‘hot’ topics:
1) ICSS/InMICS round table discussion on results survey
2) How do composers meet and network with filmmakers?
3) Transparency in the film music industry
4) Scoring for Hollywood/mainstream cinema vs Indie Films

Network
In addition to the information sessions and panel discussions, the WSA Industry Day also provides an opportunity to have professional meetings with people from the industry present that day. A list of attendees will be sent in advance to all participants.
