With a career spanning over two decades in the music industry, Charlotte began her journey in the music world as an assistant Musicians’ Contractor, a role she enjoyed for nearly 12 years before moving to AIR as Studio Coordinator in 2013 and subsequently becoming Head of Studios at the start of 2024. As Head of Studios, Charlotte oversees the day-to-day operations, ensuring that AIR Studios maintains its high standards of excellence. She is responsible for managing a team of talented staff, coordinating recording sessions, and fostering a creative and collaborative environment for clients.
