Christine Aufderhaar
Born into a non musical family, multi award winning composer. Degrees in classical piano performance (Conservatory Lugano), double major film scoring and classical composition (Berklee College of Music), graduation in two instead of the usual five years, receiving summa cum laude and the Richard Levi Award.
Associate Professor at the University ’HFF Babelsberg’ (Berlin, Germany) from 2004-2007. Since then free lance composer.
Selected by the ’Federation of Film & Audiovisual Composers of Europe’ as ’European Composer 2008 for Switzerland’. Nomination for the GEMA’s ’Musikautorenpreis’ in 2013. Many other awards and scholarships (see www.aufderhaar.com).
