Clovis Schneider
Clovis Schneider, composer and orchestrator with a master’s degree from the CNSMD in Lyon, combines musical diversity with poetic textures. Winner of distinctions such as the Plume de Cristal (2016) and the OST Challenge (2021), he began his career alongside Eric Neveux, notably on Moissons sanglantes (FIPADOC Award) and Cœurs Noirs (FTV, AMZ). In 2024, he composed the original score for the musical Dans la cuisine des Nguyen (Stéphane Ly-Cuong), blending vibrant orchestrations with an intimate and poetic score, as well as for Tunnels (Bui Thac Chuyen), marking his first international film. In 2025, he will compose the music for La vie après Siham (Namir Abdel Messeeh).
Always in search of unique sounds, he co-developed the virtual instrument Bowed Guitar with Nelson Malleus and creates his own virtual instruments in his Paris studio to produce original scores with distinctive sonorities.
